Construct LA’s General Contracting provides pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services in accordance with the project development goals. Working in partnership with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other team members, we provide responsive leadership and consistent management throughout the building process.

Our Project Managers and Consultants have extensive backgrounds traversing the byzantine network of utility companies, city building departments, and government agencies, while overseeing all aspects of a project’s work scope. Our administrative oversight extends from budgeting and fund control, to sub-contractor agreements and closeout. Our team of Superintendents, Project Foreman and key members of the project team focus on construction timelines and critical path issues while maintaining our guidelines and high standards of quality control.
